Meet the passion behind The Sipp: Brian and Emily Balland. Brian brings business operations and innovation experience, founding Packmule Can Club. Emily brings a culinary and hospitality foundation from many local establishments. Together, they’ve reimagined what a taproom can be: part craft bar, part community hub, and fully dedicated to exceptional service.
